An income tax is a tax levied on the income of individuals or businesses (corporations or other legal entities). The tax systems could be complicated depending on the type of tax such as progressive, proportional, or regressive. Sometimes we can find that an income tax for individual & companies are difficult to analyze and somewhat subjective enterprise because various systems define income differently.
