Getting customs identification number at Directorate General of Customs & Excise is needed now a days for exporters, importers and any other customs service users. Customs Identity Number is called Customs Identity Number or NIK (Nomor Identitas Kepabeanan) is a personal identification number, which is used to access or related to the customs system that uses information technology as well as manually.
This customs registration has been defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 63/PMK.04/2011 and has to be implemented effective since July 1, 2011.
