ACTUAL PROGRAM

The BEDO exhibition programs in collaboration with other associations & national government have been conducted throughout the years such as bazaars, national fairs, & international trade fairs. With its aimed to develop market of BEDO members’ products, this program also supports our members to expand their networking with other business professionals or other SMEs who are not BEDO members.
During the collaboration, BEDO provide benefits to our members such as free booth spaces or huge booth discount.

PAST PROGRAM

Expo & Trade fair:

1. April 2011 – IFFINA 2011

BEDO supported the members by providing a booth at IFFINA, in collaboration with ASMINDO Bali. As a business support organization with SME’s as our member, our presence at IFFINA exhibition in Jakarta was very successful. We have experienced a wonderful opportunity to work together in promoting our members respective products to buyers and visitors. We promoted members products that is made in Bali, such as tropical modern interior design style home decor, soft furnishes and furniture. In addition we were able to form new relationships and share ideas on how to synergize the products to increase profits for our members.
As a result each member has managed to increase sales, generated from IFFINA 2011.
As a new participant at the IFFINA exhibition in 2011, the invitation to maintain a booth, provided by BEDO-ASMINDO, was a golden opportunity for our members. We look forward to new opportunities in the future to collaborate with other BEDO partners, our attendance at IFFINA was just one rewarding experience, and we anticipate more to come.

2. September 2011 - Hongkong Fashion Accessories Trade Fair sponsored by Butoni Ltd. FASHION ACCESS is the twice-a-year, must-attend international fashion fair in Hong Kong for bags, footwear, leather goods, garments and a full range of lifestyle accessories.
BEDO members who participated in this fair was Maharani and Madcow Inc., and it’s their first international fair.
During Hongkong Fashion Accessories Trade Fair in September 2011 they found many new costumers and more networking, they also learned about the customer trend and received many inspirations on the fashion accessories world. BEDO in collaboration with Butoni Ltd., helped promote Maharani & Madcow products in the fair.
During the fair, Madcow Inc. got many inquiries from customer from Japan for their recycle bag products.
Maharani and Madcow after the fair started to collaborate together and created new design with new range of raw material for fashion accessories product which they plan to show in the next Hongkong Fashion Accessories Fair Trade on 28-30 March 2012.
And since Ibu Ika Mardiana as Butoni Ltd. owner and also one of BEDO’s founder shared with both Maharani & Madcow about trend design for 2012. Ibu Ika also invited both members to meet with Butoni Ltd. buyers.

3. November 2011 - Hello ASEAN Fair: ASEAN Fair 2011 featured a wide variety of creative industries in the ASEAN countries. Aside from hosting the event, Indonesia was joined by Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos PDR, and Cambodia in showcasing a gamut of creative products. These include fashions, cuisine, music, films, artwork, handicrafts, and many more.
BEDO members who joined the fair since then started to collaborate to work together in design and raw material for their products.

4. November 2011 – Bali Creative Fair Expo 2011. Bali Creative Festival is an event related to the program 100% Love Indonesia Product which one it’s the central to government programs in Indonesia encourages creativity becomes more valued in East Asia.
This is our third time collaborate with Bali Creative Communities in their event every year since start launching the event on November 2008.
BEDO members whose join in Bali Festival 2011 are Maria Collection, V Design, Cahaya Lestari Glass and Bali Asli.
